How Much Do LED Video Walls Cost?
The cost of an LED video wall depends on three main variables: total screen area (in square metres), pixel pitch, and whether the installation is indoor or outdoor. Below is an indicative price for a medium-sized indoor installation, excluding installation which is priced separately based on site conditions. The Buying Process – What to Expect
Buying an LED video wall is not like buying a TV off the shelf. It is a bespoke project, but the process does not have to be complicated. Here is how a typical project unfolds from first conversation to switch-on.
Initial consultation (1 to 2 hours). A brief call or meeting to understand your application, space, and budget. At this stage we can give you a ballpark indication of cost and advise on the right specification.
Site survey. For larger projects, a site visit ensures accurate measurements, confirms the structural suitability of the proposed location, and allows us to assess cable routing and power availability.
Specification and quotation. We produce a full specification document covering panel type, pixel pitch, total resolution, controller, cabling, mounting, and any content management system requirements, along with a fixed price quote.
Order and lead time. Panels are manufactured to order. Standard lead time from order to delivery is approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on specification and panel origin.
Installation (typically 2 to 10 days on site). Our team handles all physical installation, cabling, and commissioning. We test every pixel before handover.
Training and handover. We walk your team through operating the system and provide full documentation. Ongoing support and maintenance packages are available.
